Account

No, an account is not required to make a purchase with The Sunday Collective. We do encourage sign up, though, as customers with accounts can have easy access to their previous and current orders, tracking and will automatically be signed up for our e-mail list to receive updates and special offers throughout the year.

On The Sunday Collective’s homepage, head to the “Account” tab. On the “password” textbox, there is a link that you can click on that reads “Forgot Password?”. Enter in your email address and press “recover” to receive a password reset link.

Orders

We're excited for your order, too, so once you place it, we'll send you emails with status updates. If your inbox isn't a very hospitable environment, go ahead and contact us directly.

You're so thoughtful! Unfortunately we can't do that yet, but hopefully we can add gift messages later. Check back!

To change or cancel and order, contact our team immediately at support@thesundaycollective.com within an hour after your order has been placed. We cannot ensure a change or cancellation, but will do our best to fulfill your request.

Note: During peak hours our team’s response may be delayed.

When products in your order are available, you will receive an automatically generated email with information on the status of your order.

All products are subject to availability. Should the product or size you ordered not be in stock at our warehouse, our team will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this matter.

You will receive an automatically generated email once your order has shipped that includes tracking for your order.

You can also sign into your account on The Sunday Collective’s website to view your most recent orders. There you can find links to the courier tracking.

Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our team immediately at support@thesundaycollective.com with your order number and any relevant information regarding either the defective or incorrect item (i.e. the specific defect, sizing, correct item, etc.).

Please allow 48 hour for a response.

Items can be exchanged if not used, washed, damaged or unlabeled. Products that are to be exchanged need to be returned in their original packaging (including all hangtags and the garment polybag). If the condition of the returned item is not in the original condition by which it came, The Sunday Collective reserves the right to refuse any refund.

Once the item has been returned, you can place a new order on The Sunday Collective’s website.

The Sunday Collective does offer both domestic and international shipping. Please note that any internationally shipped items are subject to additional fees and duty which are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

All prices listed on The Sunday Collective’s website are in USD. All shipping and customs duties are not included in the listed price for each item until checkout.

Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally. Please note that any internationally shipped items are subject to additional fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer FREE 2 day FedEx shipping for all domestic US orders. All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of your purchase from our warehouse.

Tracking will be sent to customers as soon as it becomes available after the purchase has been processed and been shipped.
